Live Well Community Fund – East Salford

Do you have an idea that could make a positive difference in your community? Grants of up to £2,000 are available for individuals, community groups, and organisations delivering activities and projects in East Salford.

Applications Open for the Live Well Community Fund

Residents, community groups and organisations across East Salford are being invited to apply for funding through the new Live Well Community Fund.

The fund offers grants of up to **£2,000** to support activities, projects and ideas that improve health, wellbeing and community connections in local neighbourhoods. The funding is designed to help people turn good ideas into action, whether that’s creating opportunities for residents to come together, reducing social isolation, supporting physical or mental wellbeing, or developing activities that make a positive difference in the community.

The Live Well Community Fund is open to individuals, community groups, voluntary organisations and other local initiatives that are delivering benefits for people living in East Salford.

By investing directly in local people and grassroots projects, the fund aims to support stronger, healthier and more connected communities, while encouraging residents to play an active role in shaping the places where they live.

Applications are now open, and interested applicants are encouraged to get in touch to discuss their ideas and request an application form.
