The Broughton Trust – Live Well Coordinator 

Salary: £19,188 per year | Contract: 12 Months | Closing Date: 2nd February 2026 

The Broughton Trust is looking for a Live Well Coordinator to help develop an inclusive, community-led Live Well Space in Salford.

This role is all about bringing people together. The Live Well Space will be a welcoming, visible community hub where people can connect, try new things and feel part of something positive. Salford residents will help shape activities that build confidence, spark creativity, develop practical skills and encourage friendships, all in a relaxed, inclusive environment with no judgement and no barriers.

About the Role:

As Live Well Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering a varied, community-led programme. You will engage Salford residents, promote activities, coordinate tutors and facilitators and help deliver digital, creative and wellbeing sessions. You will ensure activities are accessible, inclusive and well-attended. Whilst collecting feedback and monitoring outcomes to continuously improve the programme.
